Editor of ROOF magazine from 1993 to 1996, Tim was also publisher,
managing an annual budget of over £250,000 and a higher annual
income. He line managed four staff - a marketing manager, two journalists
and an administrator.
Included commissioning, cover design, DTP page make up, budgeting,
PR, quality control and legal checking. Highlights of his ROOF work
included hosting pre-election political debates between the main
parties' housing spokesmen and co-ordinating a media campaign on
mortgage arrears which made national news and contributed to government
